偶然看到mssql有警告。仔细回想下 好像是曾经升级sql2005后就没重启过。
在安全模式下启动sql，但是提示什么无法启动。看了网上都是说sql配置管理
的VIA禁用掉。可是我本来就禁用的。逼不得已就卸载2005再装。
杯具的是安全模式不能用windows installer.没办法，最后只能启用备用服务器，
把数据库导过去，然后安装。最后心灰意冷。乱试一通，通过备用服务器居然能
远程登录。说明系统已经起来了。然后从远程查看了分辨率。比较了下。

I Have a Dream by Martin Luther King, Jr.

I am happy to join with you today in what will go down in history as the greatest demonstration for freedom in the history of our nation.

Five score years ago, a great American, in whose symbolic shadow we stand today, signed the Emancipation Proclamation. This momentous decree came as a great beacon light of hope to millions of Negro slaves who had been seared in the flames of withering injustice. It came as a joyous daybreak to end the long night of their captivity.

But one hundred years later, the Negro still is not free. One hundred years later, the life of the Negro is still sadly crippled by the manacles of segregation and the chains of discrimination. One hundred years later, the Negro lives on a lonely island of poverty in the midst of a vast ocean of material prosperity. One hundred years later, the Negro is still languished in the corners of American society and finds himself an exile in his own land. And so we’ve come here today to dramatize a shameful condition.

In a sense we’ve come to our nation’s capital to cash a check. When the architects of our republic wrote the magnificent words of the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence, they were signing a promissory note to which every American was to fall heir. This note was a promise that all men, yes, black men as well as white men, would be guaranteed the “unalienable Rights” of “Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.” It is obvious today that America has defaulted on this promissory note, insofar as her citizens of color are concerned. Instead of honoring this sacred obligation, America has given the Negro people a bad check, a check which has come back marked “insufficient funds.”

But we refuse to believe that the bank of justice is bankrupt. We refuse to believe that there are insufficient funds in the great vaults of opportunity of this nation. And so, we’ve come to cash this check, a check that will give us upon demand the riches of freedom and the security of justice.

We have also come to this hallowed spot to remind America of the fierce urgency of Now. This is no time to engage in the luxury of cooling off or to take the tranquilizing drug of gradualism. Now is the time to make real the promises of democracy. Now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit path of racial justice. Now is the time to lift our nation from the quicksands of racial injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood. Now is the time to make justice a reality for all of God’s children.

It would be fatal for the nation to overlook the urgency of the moment. This sweltering summer of the Negro’s legitimate discontent will not pass until there is an invigorating autumn of freedom and equality. Nineteen sixty-three is not an end, but a beginning. And those who hope that the Negro needed to blow off steam and will now be content will have a rude awakening if the nation returns to business as usual. And there will be neither rest nor tranquility in America until the Negro is granted his citizenship rights. The whirlwinds of revolt will continue to shake the foundations of our nation until the bright day of justice emerges.

But there is something that I must say to my people, who stand on the warm threshold which leads into the palace of justice: In the process of gaining our rightful place, we must not be guilty of wrongful deeds. Let us not seek to satisfy our thirst for freedom by drinking from the cup of bitterness and hatred. We must forever conduct our struggle on the high plane of dignity and discipline. We must not allow our creative protest to degenerate into physical violence. Again and again, we must rise to the majestic heights of meeting physical force with soul force.

The marvelous new militancy which has engulfed the Negro community must not lead us to a distrust of all white people, for many of our white brothers, as evidenced by their presence here today, have come to realize that their destiny is tied up with our destiny. And they have come to realize that their freedom is inextricably bound to our freedom.

We cannot walk alone.

And as we walk, we must make the pledge that we shall always march ahead.

We cannot turn back.

There are those who are asking the devotees of civil rights, “When will you be satisfied?” We can never be satisfied as long as the Negro is the victim of the unspeakable horrors of police brutality. We can never be satisfied as long as our bodies, heavy with the fatigue of travel, cannot gain lodging in the motels of the highways and the hotels of the cities. We cannot be satisfied as long as a Negro in Mississippi cannot vote and a Negro in New York believes he has nothing for which to vote. No, no, we are not satisfied, and we will not be satisfied until “justice rolls down like waters, and righteousness like a mighty stream.”

I am not unmindful that some of you have come here out of great trials and tribulations. Some of you have come fresh from narrow jail cells. And some of you have come from areas where your quest — quest for freedom left you battered by the storms of persecution and staggered by the winds of police brutality. You have been the veterans of creative suffering. Continue to work with the faith that unearned suffering is redemptive. Go back to Mississippi, go back to Alabama, go back to South Carolina, go back to Georgia, go back to Louisiana, go back to the slums and ghettos of our northern cities, knowing that somehow this situation can and will be changed.

Let us not wallow in the valley of despair, I say to you today, my friends.

And so even though we face the difficulties of today and tomorrow, I still have a dream. It is a dream deeply rooted in the American dream.

I have a dream that one day this nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed: “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal.”

I have a dream that one day on the red hills of Georgia, the sons of former slaves and the sons of former slave owners will be able to sit down together at the table of brotherhood.

And so let freedom ring from the prodigious hilltops of New Hampshire.

Let freedom ring from the heightening Alleghenies of
Pennsylvania.

Let freedom ring from the snow-capped Rockies of Colorado.

Let freedom ring from the curvaceous slopes of California.

But not only that:

Let freedom ring from Stone Mountain of Georgia.

今天第一次参加dnbiz.cn的米农茶话会，来学习，来分享，收获颇多。

首先，这是一次有意义的米农群体交流会。域名是个特殊的行业，他的特殊性在于没有地域性，有时间性，
但入行时间是很重要但又不是决定性。02年以前甚至更早入行并注册了些域名到现在还在玩的人肯定是古董
级的，05年后入行的也算是资深的专家，09年后入行的，有玩的小的 也有财大气粗玩的大的。随着 中国有
钱人的越来越多，和互联网基础业务的迅速发展，之后入行的肯定也还会有。玩域名都是通过互联网，没有
什么聚集性。最多逛和玩的地方是“域名城”domain.cn，但真实交流和见面的机会并不多。也许在“城里”经常
看到，通过帖子和文字展现个性，但是看到本人之后 你才会发现 原来你就是****。所以面对面的聚会是一
件很不错的事情，甚至有米农还向我反映在使用22.cn的感想和一些建议，这让我很是激动，因为毕竟是名商
主持的活动，没想到22的会员当面和我交流心得。

其次，对于行业的认识。看到dnbiz.cn也在搞预定和竞拍业务，米表等功能，确实各个平台之间的功能
都抄来抄去，也都在相互竞争和追赶。各家有各家的优势。但是竞争是免不了的，22.cn起步晚，但是发展还
是很迅猛，随之而来的问题也还是很多。我觉得 各个平台之间的竞争 不是资源和财力的竞争，假如4.cn某天
收购注册商或申请注册商了 假如22或ename都把拍卖搞起来，都取他之长补己之短，也都是有可能的。归根到
底 还是“人”的竞争，团队的竞争，团队文化的竞争，积累到后面就变为品牌的竞争。就像我之前说过，什么东
西都能买到 ，但是禁锢在团队成员思想中的东西 太难买了。国外也是这样 snapname namejet godday等
都是存在相互竞争和学习，正因为市场大，市场需要，所以百家齐放，竞相争鸣。也正是因为竞争才促使你不断
进步和学习，22起步晚所以学习的东西更多，需要进步的也更多。所以我们必须打好基础，要怎么保持永久的
先进性。因为落后就要挨打 就要被淘汰。要让你的团队意识到只有不断的去学习并提高自己，才能走在市场的
前端。

最后 是对停放的重新认识和学习。名商的大咖季总对停放做了简单的介绍，让我对停放有了更深的了解。

1.玩停放就是玩流量。好的域名玩停放不一定能获得好的收入。流量才是关键，我之前看了ddpoo.com
这个网站流量很多，然后自己注册了ddpoo.cn和ddpoo.com.cn，也拿去停放，以为能够借到.com的
流量，但是我错了。根本没什么收益。今天才逐渐清醒，停放是靠不同的流量，比如今天来了100IP.明
天来的肯定不是今天的100IP,后天的也不会是明天的那100IP.很多流量是靠用户的错误输入来的，比如
输入badu.com 而不是baidu.com，输入taba.com而不是taobao.com。所以说，判断流量米的一个
标准 这肯定是其中的一条。说到如何来判断一个流量米今天也学到了，首先可以查alexa,查google,ba
idu的收录有几十页收录都可以参考

2.IP多的不一定的收入就高。怎么说？有些域名流量大 但是点击的转换率低 也就是单次点击转换为广告
收入的价格低。也有就是来了IP都不点击的那就杯具了。听说有大咖是玩专业流量的 月入十几万的都。
什么叫“专业流量”？就比如说是 电子商务类的，机票类的，招商类的，这类流量带来的转换率很大，
单次点击获得的效益更高。你有1wIP可能月入5K,别人5KIP月入50w，就是这个道理，人家玩的那叫专

1.企业必须要有文化 ，要有自己的价值观。就算一个企业有再多的物质基础，和再多
的钱，没有一种精神的思想来领导员工，领导团队，那么他的落后是迟早的事。共产党
之所以从一无大有的农民军，打败装备先进，军力充足的国民党。就是在于他的思想：
为人民服务，为人民打仗。使得所有的人团结一致。并且拧成一根绳。如果一个企业没有
自己的核心价值观和宗旨，那么你的团队，一定会人员涣散。

2.如何培养企业文化。 企业文化是一种从上而下的思想传输。上面的领导如果没有这个
去带头灌输自己，那么一层又一层，到底下根本就没有执行到。第二个就是企业文化的培养
是一个“百年大计”。是一而再，再而三的强调和灌输。是企业生产生活的一部分。这个环节
虽然没有直接的利润输出，但是在实际的生产中早就使利润翻倍，效益提高了。要重视,而且
是非常重视。再牛逼的技术你也可以买到，但是禁锢在员工头脑里的东西你不一定能买到。

3.如何执行企业文化。从领导的5分钟艺术，到对客户的直接体现，到员工的衣着打败，言谈
举止，都是自然的企业文化的提现。要监督，要提醒，但更重要的是自觉。如果前2步基础打
的好，我相信执行应该是一种自然间的流露和提现。
